Our all-inclusive rental package is designed to make your event exceptional. When you rent or hire an event photobooth in Richmond from Forever Captured, you receive unlimited photos – as many photo sessions as your guests want. Every photo session prints as either two traditional 2×6 inch photo strips or as one 4×6 inch postcard style print. You can choose a backdrop too – even a green screen – and we always bring a huge number of fun and interesting props to spark your guests’ creativity and bring out their fun side.

One of the things we’ve become well known for is our amazing photo strip designs. We create them in the vintage photo booth 2×6 inch format – but with a modern twist. They’re themed. The way we think, every part of an event should be themed – including the photo booth you hire. That’s why we regularly completely custom design photo strips for events from scratch for no additional cost. We design these in consultation with the event coordinator to infuse the overall look and feel of the event’s theme elements and colours into the photo strips. We even carry this theming through to our booth’s touch screen that your guests will interact with. We theme it too so that it matches your custom photo strip (or 4×6 inch prints if you choose them instead). In the end, this all comes together as a beautifully customized theme that captures part of the magic of your special day and allows your guests to take this home with them as the ultimate event favor.
After-Event Online Gallery for Guests to Download Booth Pictures
The experience we create doesn’t stop there. We then display all your pictures in either a private or public online photo booth gallery (it’s your choice) where you and your guests can browse your guests’ photo strips, share them with friends, and even download them. But you don’t need to download them, because we provide you with a USB stick containing all your guests’ pictures so you can hold onto them for good and laugh and relive the memories whenever you choose.

A photo booth is all about creating a fun and memorable experience. That’s why we provide three times as many props as most other rental companies. Instead of displaying them all at once, we gradually introduce new props throughout your event, keeping the excitement fresh and engaging.
Other Ways We Enhance the Experience
We also enhance your guests’ experience by providing a friendly, professional attendant who will usher your guests through the booth for the entire time it’s open, help them with the props, and make sure everyone has a great time in the booth.
We further amplify the fun by including – for no additional charge – a compact social sharing kiosk where your guests can share their pictures with friends on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and other social sites. They can also text and email their pictures too.
Our photo booth machine is not cheap. It’s a premium, high tech, open concept booth with super high resolution camera and touchscreen technology. Even our prints are high quality. The booth prints lab quality photo strip prints and postcard style prints in less than 10 seconds that are smudge proof and should literally last a hundred years.
We rent out our portable booth for events in Richmond, BC and any other location in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. We take care of delivering it, setting it up, running it, and packing it away. You do nothing but smile for your picture and have a great time.

Photo Booth Rental Prices
As far as the cost of our photo booth rental goes, we rent it by the hour and always include all the great features listed above. The price for our booth rental starts at $550 for 2 hours. We then charge $150 for each additional hour. Please contact us to see if we are available for your event.
Extra Options & Prices - Memory Book, Picture Duplicates, Video Booth, Etc.
Although we cram more into our standard rental package than almost any other photo booth company that serves Richmond, there are a few extras that some people like to add to the mix to butter things up or further enhance their special occasion, party, or wedding:
- A memory scrapbook of your event’s photos. A photo strip from each guest is placed in the book and guests are invited to write a message next to their picture (perfect for weddings): $100. Our attendant will direct your guests to place their extra photo strip in the book and write a message next to it.
- Double Prints: $45 per hour.
- Non-Operational Hours (in the event you wish to stop the booth photography for a while for dinner or speeches): $50 per hour.
- Add some real flash to the photo booth and frame it in your colours by wrapping it with special graphics or a logo: $295
- Run the machine as a video booth: no additional charge.

We actually don’t really know anyone at any of these companies, but each of them appears to be doing something that’s unique. We think that’s pretty cool. These guys drag the biggest photo booth touchscreen we’ve ever seen out to parties and special events. It’s an enormous 42 inches and allows your guests to digitally add props, messages, and effects to their pictures. They then let people share their pictures with friends by email and social media.
Dynamic Weddings
They have over 100 photo strip templates you can choose from, and their booth can be configured to be either open or enclosed with a curtain.
Hoopla Photo Booth
They also offer photo frames for people to put their 4″ x 6″ postcard sized prints in. This is a nice way of allowing each guest to permanently display their photo booth pictures.
