Our All-Inclusive PhotoBooth Rental

Our all-inclusive rental package is designed to make your event exceptional. When you rent an event photo booth from Forever Captured, you receive unlimited photos – as many photo sessions as your guests want. Every photo session prints as either two traditional 2×6 inch photo strips or as one 4×6 inch postcard style print. You can choose a backdrop too, and we always bring a huge number of fun and interesting props to spark your guests’ creativity and bring out their fun side.

One of the things we’ve become well known for is our amazing photo strip designs. The way we think, every part of an event should be themed – including the photo booth. That’s why we regularly completely custom design photo strips for events from scratch for no additional cost. We design these in consultation with the event coordinator to infuse the overall look and feel of the event’s theme elements and colours into the photo strips. We even carry this themeing through to our photo booth touch screen that your guests will interact with. We theme it too so that it matches your custom photo strip (or 4×6 inch prints if you choose them instead). In the end, this all comes together as a beautifully customized theme that captures part of the magic of your special day and allows your guests to take this home with them as the ultimate event favor. The experience doesn’t end there, though. After your event, we then upload all the pictures from the day to either a public online photo gallery or a private one where you and your guests can look through all the photo strips, share them with friends, or download them. We even provide you with digital copies of all the photos so you can have them for good and relive the memories whenever you wish to.

We also enhance your guests’ experience by providing a friendly, professional photo booth attendant who will usher your guests through the photo booth for the entire time the booth is open, help them with the props, and make sure everyone has a great time at the booth.

We further amplify the fun by including – for no additional charge – a compact social sharing kiosk where your guests can share their photos with friends on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and other social sites. They can also text and email their pictures too.

Our photo booth is a high tech, open concept booth. It prints lab quality photo strip prints and postcard style prints in less than 10 seconds that are smudge proof and should literally last a hundred years. We rent out our booth for events in BC’s Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley. We take care of delivering it, setting it up, running it, and packing it away (this is all included in our price). You do nothing but smile for your photo and have a great time.

Photo Booth Rental Cost

We rent our photo booth by the hour and always include all the great features listed above. Rentals start at $550 for 2 hours. We then charge $150 for each additional hour. Please contact us to see if we are available for your event. Call us at 778-899-5685.

Additional Options

Although we cram more into our standard rental package than almost any other photobooth rental company, there are a few extras that some people like to add to the mix to further enhance their special occasion, party, or wedding:

A memory scrapbook of your event’s photos. A photo strip from each guest is placed in the book and guests are invited to write a message next to their picture (perfect for weddings): $100.
Double Prints: $50.
Non-Operational Hours (in case you want to stop the pictures for dinner or speeches): $50 per hour.

THE BEST!
I have been to alot of weddings, baby parties, and events in Vancouver that had photobooths and Forever Captured is by far my favorite Photobooth company by experience.I found them online as I was looking to get quotes for my daughters 100 days party.Johnny Jenkins was extremely prompt in all of his responses. I ended up hiring him because of his reasonable pricing.I paid my deposit first to reserve my date, and Johnny helped me make my daughters 100 days party very special.He worked with me to design the perfect photo strip, and we even used my customized logo.
The quality of photos that came out were gorgeous and glossy.Everyone at the event enjoyed the photobooth. The booth is very nice looking, and well kept, as well as his props. I’ve been to some events where the props look beat up, or old/dirty. You will not get this with Forever Captured.They have excellent free add-ons, as well as paid add-ons.
Johnny brought an ipad kiosk for my guests to email their photobooth pictures directly. This was a huge plus and upgrade that most parties dont get to see.I also added on the scrapbook option. He provided pens and scrapbook supplies for people to leave us a copy of their photo strip & hand written message.
